When Squat Load over Depth is “OK”

In this video, we’ll discuss why there are scenarios where we will allow a heavier loaded squat (front/back) when squat depth may not be to standard.

We have been training solely the senior 55+ age demographic (avg age 74) for 4 years, have had this program for 9 1/2 years, and have 100 athletes/members (give or take 5 on vacation to see kids, grandkids, and snowbirds – in flux).  

The sheer number of seniors we train, retention rate, and frequency commitment allow us to truly hone in on each athlete’s progress.
